Growth of technologically important NLO single crystals using different growth technique like slow evaporation solution technique (SEST), unidirectional solution growth, Vertical Bridgman technique (VBT) and Czochralski method and their characterization using High Resolution X-ray Diffractometry and topography methods. Also, the characterization of epitaxial thin films by HRXRD methods
