Current Activity :- Development of nanocrystalline materials for electronic device applications. Nanocrystalline metal oxides TiO 2 , SnO 2 , ZnO, WO 3 of different size and shapes were prepared using chemical routes and studied for development of gas sensors and photo-catalytic applications. MWCNT/metal oxide and graphene metal oxide composite films were synthesized and tested for room temperature gas sensor applications. Synthesis of semiconductor nanopowders in various shapes and sizes and study optical properties for photovoltaic and light emitting device applications.
