  • 1)  In-situ heteroepitaxial growth of metal nanostructures on flat/stepped Silicon surfaces and formation of unprecedented self-assembly of nanostructures.
  • 2) Growth of multilayered GaN/InGaN/AlGaN heterostructures for LED devices

  • 3) Nanoscale faceting of metallic surfaces .
  • 4) Characterization of Core-shell nanoparticles, CNT, Graphene, Polymer composites by XPS/AES/LEED/EELS/UHVSTM/Kelvin-Probe.
